About Torqen

Built by people who take the corner too fast on purpose.

Torqen England started on a simple complaint: most pads are tuned for one temperature and get vague everywhere else. We build compounds around the whole pedal stroke — the cold morning stop, the motorway wash-down, the fourth lap when the rotor is glowing.

Every batch is dyno-tested against our own bite curve before it's cleared for the road. No pad leaves our facility on the strength of a spec sheet alone — it leaves on the strength of a graph we've earned.

The result is a pad that feels the same at the school run and at the apex. That consistency is the whole business.

We build the full friction chain — pads, discs, slack adjusters and boosters — so the part of the system you never think about is never the part that lets you down.

How We Test

No pad ships on a spec sheet alone

Four benches every compound has to clear before it's allowed to carry the Torqen name.

Dyno-tested

Every batch is run against our own bite curve before it's cleared for release.

Heat-cycle rig

Peak friction is checked up to 650°C, well past typical road-use temperatures.

Salt-spray tested

Zinc-plated backing plates are corrosion-rated before a part number is listed.

Squeal-test bench

Chamfered edges and damping shims are verified quiet before packing.
